Parker Properties is a family owned business started in 1992 to serve the needs of La Crosse college students. Owners, Brad and Jen Parker, both attended college in La Crosse where they fell in love with the bluffs, river, and friendly neighborhoods. After developing careers as an architect and college teacher they relocated their young family to the La Crosse region. Using their experience they have been able to provide high quality homes at a good value to college students. They pride themselves on going the extra mile with personal service. Over the years their children joined in the family business, continuing the tradition of service and value to every student.
 
We love meeting our students and providing them a great home to enjoy during their college years. We want them to have the same rich La Crosse college experience that drew us to this beautiful region. We appreciate the faith they place in us, knowing for many students this may be their first leap from home. We enjoy the notes we receive from our students through their college years and beyond.
